Jock Seal - President
Jock Seal founded The H.S. Group in 1967 as an executive search firm. Under his leadership, The H.S. Group has grown to become a leader in outplacement, human resource consulting, talent management and assessment services. As a recruiter, Jock has the ability to quickly identify top quality, executive talent. His expertise is called upon in searching for and recruiting senior level managers earning $300,000+ annually. Active in the community, Jock has served on boards of directors of a number of public and private companies and professional organizations. Jock earned his bachelor's degree in economics and English from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
Susan Murphy - Director of Outplacement Services
Susan has more than 25 years experience in counseling, sales and career transition consulting at all levels, from top executives to frontline managers. She works with a wide range of companies, including major corporations in Northeast Wisconsin and companies throughout the country. As the Director of Outplacement Services, Sue works closely with Career Partners International (CPI), which extends The H.S. Group's services worldwide. She serves on CPI's Quality & Standards Committee. Susan is also a member of the Association of Career Professionals and the National and Green Bay Societies for Human Resource Management. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Jeff Lasee - Director of Recruiting
As the Director of Recruiting, Jeff applies more than 15 years of relationship-management experience to attract top managerial and executive talent for clients nationwide. He draws upon more than 12 years of Executive Search experience with The H.S. Group, leading the Search Division's operations and providing valuable insights through his in-depth industry and discipline expertise. With the ability to quickly analyze business situations and develop creative solutions, Jeff delivers bottom-line results. He earned a bachelors degree in Industrial Organizational Sociology from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and is actively involved in the community.
Dr. Charles Juno, Ph.D. - Director of Program Development & Assessments
Dr. Juno has been with The H.S. Group since 1992, applying his expertise to assessments and surveys for pre-employment selection and career development, as well as providing group and individual outplacement services. He also serves as a resource for the Human Resource Consulting Division, drawing on his extensive research background in social and cognitive development. Dr. Juno earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison; his master's degree from Emory University in Atlanta; and a doctorate in psychology from the State University of New York - Stony Brook.
Denise Knutson - Senior Consultant
Denise brings more than 20 years of experience to her work in leadership development and talent management, including hands-on organizational and leadership development with a Fortune 500 company. With a unique background that includes a strong mix of business experience, people development expertise and extensive knowledge of human resource practices, Denise coaches and counsels individuals at all levels of organizations, from entry-level to executive. Her work covers career management, leadership development, talent evaluation, succession planning, teambuilding and outplacement consultation, and includes use of various assessment tools including the MBTI™ and 360 feedback instruments. She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, both National and the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter. Denise holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. She also volunteers in the community with several service organizations.
Pamela De Leest - Senior Consultant
Based in The H.S. Group’s Fox Valley office, Pam draws on more than 25 years experience in human resources. Pam’s experience includes benefit and salary administration, management and employee consultation, leadership development, policy design and implementation, training and employee relations. As a senior consultant, Pam provides career transition counseling and talent management services to all levels of candidates, from executive to production, as well as workplace training and human resource consultation for client companies. She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management and its Fox Cities chapter.
Shelly Paul - Career Management Coordinator
Shelly has been with The H.S. Group since 2001, providing support in the Outplacement Division and office administration. Her responsibilities include preparation of candidate resumes and correspondence, conducting research training, providing candidate orientation and preparing workshop materials for the Outplacement Division. Shelly also serves as the company's website administrator and liaison for candidate online training opportunities with partner firms, including utilization of multiple software applications. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Humanistic Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
Christine Mosnik - Career Management Coordinator
Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Spanish at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She has been with The H.S. Group since 2007, providing administrative support for all divisions of the company. Responsibilities include supporting Outplacement consultants and candidates in the career transition process, conducting research training, assisting with company surveys, marketing available Recruiting candidates and preparing newsletters for clients. Christine also serves as the point-of-contact for monthly Talent Management sessions held at the Green Bay office.
Paula Van De Hey - Communications Specialist

Paula earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human
Resources at Fox Valley Technical College and has over 20 years of professional office experience. Her responsibilities with The H.S. Group include providing administrative support for senior consultants and conducting research training, in addition to preparing candidate materials, resumés and related correspondence.
