Automotive Retail
The purpose of the Automotive Retail Sales assessment package is to assess
the sales qualities, style and potential of a candidate for a position in automotive retail sales. Assessments administered:
- CAREER RETAILING AUTOMOTIVE SCALE - assesses a number of behaviors specifically related to
the successful sale of new and used automobiles.
- SALES ACHIEVEMENT PREDICTOR - an assessment of specific and general sales related behaviors including sales disposition, sales initiative and closing ability.
- HOGAN PERSONALITY INVENTORY - assesses seven personal characteristics and provides data regarding an individual’s service orientation, stress tolerance, reliability and managerial potential.
In addition to professional administration, analysis, interpretation and written report of the results, an optional interview by The H.S. Group is available. All results are evaluated against national norms and the specific needs and culture of the client company.
