Available Assessment Packages

The H.S. Group offers selection packages for the following types of employees:

  • Executive/Management - assesses cognitive ability, personality type, personal qualities, and leadership style and potential.  

  • Supervisory - assesses cognitive ability, personality type, personal qualities and supervisory potential. 

  • Professional Staff - assesses cognitive ability, personality type, and personal qualities for non-management/non-supervisory positions. 

  • Sales (General) - assesses personal qualities, sales potential and characteristics related to success in sales. 

  • Automotive Retail Sales - assesses personal qualities, sales potential and characteristics related to
    sales success in general, and automotive sales in particular.  

  • Customer Service - assesses personal qualities, employee reliability and productivity, and
    characteristics related to success in customer service.  

  • Administrative - assesses personal qualities, basic office skills, and employee reliability and productivity.

  • Call Center - assesses personal qualities, employee reliability and productivity, and characteristics related
    to success in a position requiring both sales and customer service skills. 

  • Retail - assesses personal qualities related to success in the retail industry including employee reliability
    and productivity. 

  • Service - assesses customer service related personal qualities, employee reliability and productivity.

  • 360° Feedback - assesses individual employees based on feedback from managers and peers.  

  • Customized - The H.S. Group can custom design an assessment/test package to measure any
    combination of cognitive and work skills, and personal qualities and characteristics you wish to measure
    for any type of position within your own company.
