Customized Assessments The H.S. Group can work with you to customize an assessment package to meet your company’s specific needs regarding the qualities and style of a candidate for a position within your company.

Based on an analysis of the position and needs of your company, tests and assessments can be selected from
the following general categories and professionally administered:

COGNITIVE TESTS - measure cognitive skills including problem solving ability, abstract reasoning and creativity, as well as, general math and verbal skills among others.
PERSONALITY ASSESSMENTS - identifies personality characteristics that are important for the job and match well with the existing company culture and management style.
SPECIFIC JOB SKILL TESTS - determines one’s skill level and knowledge of procedures and aspects
of the actual job (e.g., software packages, mechanical reasoning, administrative tasks, etc.)

In addition to professional administration, analysis, interpretation and written report of the results, an optional interview by The H.S. Group is available. All results are evaluated against national norms and the specific needs and culture of the client company.
