Customer Service
The purpose of the Customer Service assessment package is to assess the qualities and style of a candidate
for
a position in customer service. Assessments administered:
- CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS INVENTORY - an assessment designed to measure behaviors which impact one’s ability to be successful in a customer service role including pressure tolerance,
responsiveness, sensitivity, judgment, time appraisal and precision orientation.
- HOGAN PERSONALITY INVENTORY - assesses seven personal characteristics and provides data regarding an individual’s service orientation, stress tolerance, reliability and managerial potential.
- EMPLOYEE RELIABILITY INVENTORY - helps to identify reliable and productive employees by
measuring such behavior as emotional maturity, conscientiousness, trustworthiness, and long-term commitment.
In addition to professional administration, analysis, interpretation and written report of the results, an optional interview by The H.S. Group is available. All results are evaluated against national norms and the specific needs and culture of the client company.
