The purpose of the Executive/Management assessment package is to test the intellectual ability and assess the leadership qualities and style of an executive/management candidate. Test and assessments administered:
- WONDERLIC PERSONNEL TEST - a test of problem solving and general cognitive ability. Useful for determining how quickly individuals learn and how well they can synthesize information to draw quality conclusions.
- MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR - determines an individual's personality type which helps to determine the person's leadership style, work preferences, typical contributions and potential strengths.
- CALIPER PROFILE - measures four aspects of an individual: persuasiveness, interpersonal skills, problem solving/decision making and personal organization/time management. These are all evaluated to determine the individual's motivations, likely behavior and potential for success in an executive or managerial role.
- HOGAN PERSONALITY INVENTORY - assesses seven personal characteristics and provides data regarding an individual's service orientation, stress tolerance, reliability and managerial potential.
In addition to professional administration, analysis, interpretation and written report of the results, an optional interview by The H.S. Group is available. All results are evaluated against national norms and the specific needs and culture of the client company.
