Pre-termination Planning -- An experienced professional from our staff meets with the manager to
assess the situation, review documentation, determine the appropriate level of service and plan the termination.
On-Site Consultation -- A meeting held on-site immediately following the termination is highly
recommended and extremely effective in helping the employee deal with the situation, while protecting
the interests of the employer.
Career Assessment and Planning -- When the program is initiated, an evaluation of the participant's
career options and potential is conducted to ensure that all available career alternatives are explored. Specific objectives are established and employment campaign strategies are formulated.
Online Career Center Access -- A full database is available to all candidates upon the start of their programs which allows access to job search links, industry information, and networking opportunities worldwide. This program can be accessed from any computer and allows candidates to conduct active searches from home or other locations most convenient to them.
Career Continuation Consulting -- During the program, a career transition consultant works with
the candidate to provide job search assistance, emotional support and training. The process includes:
- Comprehensive manual
- Career and professional assessments
- Resume development
- Networking and research techniques
- Development of a marketing campaign
- Interview skills training with videotaped sessions
- Offer evaluation
Office Support for Full-Service Programs -- Complete office services are provided to support
the candidate's re-employment campaign, including:
- Daily office space in multiple Career Centers
- Unlimited long-distance phone and fax services
- Telephone answering service
- Administrative services
- Resume and correspondence preparation, printing and mailing
- Comprehensive research library with Internet access
- Computer availability
