360° Feedback is a tool that can be used to measure performance and encourage personal development. In a 360° assessment, an individual and his/her peers, team members and internal customers complete a confidential questionnaire that measures skills and behaviors which lead to professional success within the organization. This appraisal will provide credibility to the evaluation process and typically supports a supervisor's overall assessment.
