Our client is searching for an Electrical Engineer to manage all electrical and instrument-related maintenance activities and assist with electrical power and instrument engineering for all engineering projects at the paper mill and support facilities. An essential function of this position is designing and implementing electrical engineering process improvements that reduce costs and increase efficiencies. A strong focus is placed on routine preventative maintenance and updates. As needed, this position coordinates mill/machine shutdowns and project installations. The Electrical Engineer is also responsible for overseeing the electrical documentation program, as well as developing electrical standards and specifications for equipment, including electrical isolation for lockout/tagout.
