The H.S. Group is looking for a part-time, results-oriented, organized and personable Recruiting Assistant to provide administrative support internally to the Recruiting Division.  This position is an entry-level role designed as an introduction to recruiting with career growth potential and is a unique opportunity for an individual for whom taking initiative is second nature.  Primary responsibilities include sourcing candidates, maintaining the recruiting database, coordinating the interview process, assisting with marketing-related activities, and providing additional administrative support as needed.  Job priorities will vary from day-to-day.

  • Coordinates background checks and references.
  • Maintains recruiting database including:
  1. Inputs candidate information for all resumes as required
  2. Downloads all relevant candidate documents into the database
  3. Updates and maintains candidate records throughout the recruiting process
  • Responds to candidate inquiries via phone and e-mail.
  • Sets up, monitors, and evaluates the effectiveness of social media recruitment.
