Responsible for managing and scheduling the projects of the engineering team, developing timelines and goals, collaborating with all involved departments, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.  Establishes, implements, and maintains Engineering Department’s standards and operating procedures.  Regularly provides reports and feedback to the Executive Leadership Team regarding engineering project status, processes, and corrective actions.  Also responsible for leading the Technical Steering Committee tasked with reviewing and developing standards and procedures for technical processes.  The successful candidate will be very adept at leading project teams to achieve desired outcomes within the established time frames while ensuring effective collaboration among the many diverse people working to complete their individual tasks.  Bachelor's degree in an engineering field required.  Seven or more years of experience leading engineering in a technical organization with highly engineered, complex projects.  Five or more years of experience with project management in a manufacturing environment.  Background in Lean systems, training, and project implementation.  Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.  Excellent mechanical aptitude required.

Plant Engineer [Code: 2363JDL]

Searching for an experienced Plant Engineer to direct and coordinate the design, construction, installation, modification and maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the plant.  Manages the buildings, vehicles, equipment and utilities of the manufacturing plant as well as the maintenance and automation personnel. Responsible for supporting a safe and productive work environment through ensuring all equipment follows engineering principles and safety and environmental regulations.  Uses CAD/CAM programs to evaluate technical drawings and develop plant layouts.  Responsible for implementing and monitoring the Capital Expenditure Program budget and overseeing all new capital expenditure items.  Supervises new business development programs that add equipment and/or expand plant capacity.  Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.  Coordinates the activities of outside contract services. Supports efforts for environmental improvement through providing technical assistance.  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and three to five years of experience in a similar role in a heavy manufacturing environment.  Demonstrated ability to lead plant maintenance and manage multi-faceted projects.  Background in using project planning software, CAD/CAM, IQMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Electrical Engineer [Code: 2365JRL]

Searching for an Electrical Engineer to coordinate and execute all aspects of electrical design for new products and modifications and enhancements for existing equipment, including sizing and selecting electrical components, designing system layouts and programming machines.  Addresses all electrical design errors and complications and makes appropriate changes to equipment and processes as needed to correct issues.  Provides technical assistance for customers with electrical issues on installed machines.  Adheres to all electrical design codes and standards as well as company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance in workmanship.  Also responsible for staying current on the latest component technologies and trends in the industrial and motion control industries and testing new technologies.  Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 years of experience in the design and programming of machinery as well as skill in programming PLCs, motion controls and HMIs required.  Understanding of all relevant regulations and codes is necessary.

Searching for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a manufacturing environment.  Responsible for developing and running reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) programs that strive for maximum availability of equipment.  Develops and administers training for RCM/TPM programs, ensuring all employees understand and support maintenance activities.  Monitors and measures equipment availability to develop productivity goals.  Addresses and resolves all quality concerns related to maintenance and supports continuous improvement projects. Ensures all processes and procedures follow OSHA standards.  Promotes and adheres to all safety protocol and Personal Protective Equipment requirements. Seeking a Sales Engineer to provide custom-engineered OEM part solutions for customers’ products in the R&D phase of the product development cycle.  This position will be responsible for developing and growing new and existing customer relationships in a long-cycle, repetitive-buy environment.  Customers include companies like John Deere, Caterpillar, Harley Davidson and Mercury Marine.  A strong technical ability and understanding of custom-engineered solutions is required in addition to a professional approach to sales and customer service.  Four-year degree in a related discipline and five-plus years of B2B sales experience required; prior OEM sales experience preferred.  A background in hydraulics, pneumatics or fluid transfer systems preferred. Ability/willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.

Brand Portfolio Manager [Code: 2358JL]

Our client is searching for a Brand Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for working with business unit leaders and teams to build demand, market share, sales and profitability through constructing and rebuilding the brand, its value chain targets, related messaging and product, and market understanding.  The Brand Portfolio Manager will lead brand management, integrated marketing planning and process management.  This person will manage brands with national and global presence and work on cross-functional teams to recommend overall positioning, messaging and key strategies.  Additionally, the Brand Manager will translate business and brand needs into a prioritized customer research list, leverage insights gathered from key research tools to recommend marketing metrics to track program performance, and design and recommend a long-term integrated strategy and messaging.  The Manager will recommend marketing objectives and strategies; prepare consumer, category and brand information to support channel marketing and sales in customer-specific category management and sales presentations; and set national and global brand positioning across several product category areas.  Four-year degree in a related field required; MBA preferred. Seven or more years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company, preferably in B2B arena, is desired. Background in managing P&L responsibilities in tandem with marketing functions strongly preferred. Proven experience successfully launching new products from concept through commercialization.  Proficiency in short- and long-term budget planning and budget management.  Willingness to travel 30-40%.
