Role Responsibilities and Requirements:

Searching for a Director of Sales to lead and manage the sales operations as well as create the strategic sales and marketing vision at a commercial graphics, printing and packaging company. Responsible for developing and growing client relationships with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service which meets and exceeds expectations and grows the business.

Crafts the sales and marketing plan and conducts forecasting as well as monitors market trends. Partners closely with senior leadership and provides detailed reports and analysis on progress of the sales division. Also responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of the Sales Staff and overseeing performance.

  • Four-year degree in business or a related field with five or more years of experience in a sales role with leadership responsibility preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading profitability sales strategies and increasing new business is critical.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a natural ability to build professional relationships with clients is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.
