Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
Seeking support person for all HR responsibilities including candidate screening, background checks, hiring, and new employee orientation. Supports Human Resource Director in ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting. Manages benefits and payroll function of the business; enlists new vendors as needed. Provides administrative support as necessary including accounts payables and receivables, managing statements and reconciliations, and overall day-to-day office support.
- 2- or 4-year degree in Human Resources or Business.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications; payroll software experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a high-level of confidentiality.
