Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
Searching for a Maintenance Manager to direct a cost-effective and comprehensive maintenance management plan for a manufacturing company. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to the company’s safety program. Also manages the preventative maintenance program. Ensures that all maintenance activities and plans comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible for directly managing a team of more than 35 maintenance-related employees. Holds regular department meetings. Coordinates scheduling for the team, manages job functions, and delegates tasks. Monitors performance to ensure timely completion of tasks, safe practices, and quality work. Serves as a champion for employee knowledge development and success through activities such as training sessions/seminars, involvement in professional organizations, and coaching.
- Four-year degree in manufacturing, facilities management, or a related field and five or more years of experience in progressive managerial functions within a manufacturing environment required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
