Role Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of general business practices, employment laws and employee relations, in addition to general accounting, billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Ability to manage several projects in different stages of development at once as well as be able to balance and shift duties quickly.
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and solid understanding of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, Excel, Word, POS systems, and a tenacity to learn new systems.
  • Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
