Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
- B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, or Microbiology required.
- 5+ years of related quality experience within food manufacturing.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in addition to strong communication at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of test methods as well as lab testing equipment.
- Problem-solving abilities as well as critical thinking skills; ability to get to the cause of a problem.
