Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
Senior-level HR role responsible for direction, leadership, and support of all HR activities within the company including directing company culture. Oversees all organizational development/training, staffing, comp and benefits, and employee/labor relations for a long-standing manufacturer. This individual would develop a strategy to ensure short- and long-term company growth as well as reduce turnover and contribute to succession planning. Implements sound recruiting practices to meet company needs and directs all new employee onboarding. Ensures all HR policies comply with state, federal, and local laws.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 15+ years HR experience including labor relations and union negotiation.
- Strong management experience with demonstrated sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- HRIS experience necessary.
