Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
Searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to direct and manage full life cycle recruiting processes and operations. Responsible for anticipating and identifying the company’s talent needs and creating recruiting strategies which ensure talent needs are met. Develops and implements company-wide talent acquisition programs and processes to attract and select high-performing employees.
Builds and leverages a strong professional network and community presence to promote the company as a premier workplace and develop a talent pipeline for recruiting needs. Stays informed of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Regularly collaborates with hiring managers to guide the recruiting process both internally and externally, understand recruiting needs, provide counsel on potential candidates, and place successful talent. Also partners with the HR Director and HR Generalist to ensure coordinated efforts as well as provides weekly recruitment updates to Senior Leadership.
- Four-year degree in business administration with a human resources emphasis or a related discipline.
- Seven or more years of full life cycle recruiting with leadership / executive-level search experience.
- Background in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter program, and social media recruiting methods preferred.
- Working knowledge of workforce planning and a proven ability to develop strategies that support the company’s talent needs and short- and long-term goals.
