Executive and Leadership Coaching is a highly individualized process that combines 360° feedback, professional assessments and coaching to guide individuals in improving their leadership effectiveness and their business’ bottom-line results.

Our Coaching Process

Our certified coaches guide participants on a transformational process that is customized to each individual and typically includes:

  • Meeting with the individual’s leader to understand the coaching expectations / needs and to monitor progress throughout the program.
  • Conducting professional, comprehensive assessments and providing feedback from our staff Ph.D. in Psychology.
  • Administering and interpreting a 360° feedback profile at the start of coaching and completing a follow-up 360° review 18 months after to assess observed changes.
  • Facilitating the creation of an individual development plan, coaching on plan execution and providing ongoing support.
  • Meeting one-on-one for coaching and competency-building sessions for a recommended six months or more.

A one-on-one career management program to support career pathing and succession planning that is built upon a blend of professional assessments and individual coaching. Tailored to each individual with program length determined by each situation. The focus is on both personal leadership and functional skill development – a key differentiator from other career management programs. This program targets senior and mid-level leaders.
Create Your Career GPS™ Advancing Employee Engagement
Create Your Career GPS™ is an encouraging, stimulating, and interactive career management program consisting of four half-day group workshops, supplemented by an hour of individual coaching and an invitation to join a peer group for ongoing support. This group workshop is appropriate for an employee at any level and includes:
